Our Journey to Summer Isle, 2008. Thursday, June 19, 2008. Ur Summer Isle journey to Scotland began on May 24th and ended on June 7th. Man trail started in the port town of Stranraer where we rented a car for four days and. Explored the coastal towns of Galloway and Dumfries.
